Ms. Kitto's background in litigation informs the process assists in avoiding or resolving disputes. She works with clients on both informal, simple one asset probate administrations, as well as formal, court-supervised litigated probates. Further, her background in accounting allows her to follow the money well, or keeps the necessary reporting to the probate court accurate and efficient.

Ms. Kitto has handled civil and commercial litigation since 1998, both in Chicago and in Colorado. Her clients have included both Fortune 500 clients, as well as small and medium-sized businesses. She has handled numerous trials, mediations and negotiations to resolve disputes involving contracts, business torts, employment, elder exploitation. She has appeared in state and federal courts, as well as practiced before probate and domestic judges.
