Meet Our Legal Team
Experienced, Strategic, and Solutions-Oriented
Joanna "Jo" Kitto has been licensed to practice law since 1998, practicing first in Chicago at a 200 attorney law firm, and later at a large law firm in Denver (McKenna & Cuneo and Perkins Coie). Ms. Kitto practiced accounting prior to law school, which informs her practice today. After founding her own firm, Ms. Kitto focuses her practice on family law, probate, and estate planning/asset protection. She also offers mediation and arbitration services. Ms. Kitto understands her role as a counselor who objectively assesses risk with clients, but also is poised to act as an advocate when dealing with other parties and the litigation-mediation process.
Ava joined Kitto Law PC in 2015, entering the legal field due to her interest in all aspects of the legal process. Ava attended National American University and obtained her BS degree in Criminal Justice. Ava also raised two kids as a single mom, and they are her biggest accomplishment in life. When she’s not organizing files, editing briefs and assisting Kitto Law in solving problems, she’s hanging out with friends and family, going to concerts and shows, hiking in the beautiful mountains, putting together puzzles and visiting cats at the cat café.
